That’s your first move: Remove friction.
Then, look at what’s actually working. Which posts are getting the most replies? Which emails get clicks or a higher open rate? Which offer converts without a ton of convincing?
Don’t reinvent those, amplify them.
Turn one good email into a sequence. Turn one post into five variations. Turn one converting offer into your main focus instead of just “one of many.”
Finally, get ruthless about what’s not performing. If something hasn’t converted, engaged, or led anywhere meaningful in the last 30-60 days, it’s probably just noise in your way.
A clean funnel isn’t fancy. It’s focused.
